About Dependable Movers

Ok so this move was rough stairs at the old place, stairs at the new place, and like a hundred boxes of books. I honestly felt bad for the movers just looking at the pile. But they didn't even flinch, just got to work and kept going up and down those stairs for hours without complaining once. Books are heavy. Like, really heavy. And they still managed to keep everything organized and careful the whole time nothing broken, nothing scratched, not even a scuffed wall going around those tight stairwell corners. By the end they were obviously exhausted but still stayed friendly and made sure everything was set up right before they left. I don't know how they do this job every day honestly. Huge respect. If you've got a hard move with stairs, these are the guys you want.

I recently used Dependable Movers for a small mini move and honestly had a really good experience with them. I didn’t have a huge amount of stuff, just a few pieces of furniture, boxes and some personal things, but they still treated everything carefully. The guys arrived on time and were really nice and easy to communicate with. They got to work right away and didn’t waste any time. I also liked that they were careful with my furniture and made sure everything was protected before moving it. The whole process was pretty quick and stress free. Everything arrived safely, nothing was damaged or missing. I was expecting even a small move to be a headache, but it actually went very smooth. The price was fair too and there were no problems at the end. Overall I’m really happy with my experience with Dependable Movers. Good guys, good service and everything was simple from beginning to end. I would definitely call them again for my next move and recommend them to anyone who needs help moving.

The movers did a great job and they were very helpful and accommodating with my move! I booked super last minute (2 days in advance) and the scheduler was very reassuring that they could get the job done in an efficient manner! Appreciated all of their help so much, and will definitely be using their service in the future!

DM Movers sent 4 guys for our move within Mountain View. Just a few miles apart, but we still had a full apartment to pack up and haul over. They showed up on time and got straight to work. Wrapped all the furniture, taped up the boxes, took apart the bed frame. Everything was organized and efficient. No standing around, no wasted trips. The heavy stuff was handled without any drama. Our couch is a beast and barely fits through doorways, but they angled it out and into the truck without a scratch. The dresser and bookcases got the same careful treatment. At the new place, unloading was just as quick. They put everything where we wanted, reassembled the bed, and even helped us move a few things around after we changed our minds.

DM Movers sent 3 guys for our move from Lafayette. It's about 75 miles, so not the longest haul, but it was one of those scorching hot days where you sweat just standing outside. They showed up on time, loaded everything up in SF, and hit the road. The drive went smooth, and they got to Lafayette without any issues. Unloading was where the heat really hit. It was brutal out there, but these guys didn't slow down. They hauled everything inside, set up the furniture, and placed boxes where we wanted them. Not a single complaint about the weather, even though they were drenched in sweat. Nothing got damaged, nothing was missing. For a long-ish move in miserable heat, DM Movers came through. Solid crew, would definitely hire them again

Vitaly and Sam did a phenomenal job moving me from my fifth floor apartment in SF to a second floor home. They managed the old elevator, stairs, and lots of other details really well. My stuff made it safely and it was such a positive experience!

Dependable Movers was genuinely the best moving experience I've had across 4 whole house moves. Booking was done with a real person who made sure they understood exactly what I needed. They followed up and explained everything clearly and transparently. The communication was impeccable from booking to completion of moving. The moving team of two people were wonderful people. They arrived on-time, were delicate with my belongings, masterfully moved large items around tight areas and up/down stairs, and best of all, were incredibly fast!

Ali and his team were great! I had a small move and some furniture disassembly. The furniture was disassembled and reassembled carefully and without any issues. They were punctual, professional, and easy to work with. They were extremely efficient, and the whole move was completed in about 3 hours. They were very organized and remembered all of my instructions. Nothing was damaged during the move, and they placed everything where I wanted it. They also communicated very well, calling ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. The whole process was easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend their services!

The guys from Dependable Movers did an amazing job today! They worked extremely hard and stayed on the job until almost 1 AM to make sure everything was completed properly. You could really see how dedicated and professional they were the entire time. I truly appreciate all their hard work, effort, and positive attitude. Highly recommend this team! I would like to express my gratitude to the moving company for their excellent services during my local move in San Jose. I moved from a one-bedroom house to an apartment. The move started on time and with proper planning; the crew was careful and attentive to my stuff. They even placed floor coverings to keep it clean and safe during the move. The hardest part was when the crew reached the new apartment and had to carry my things up four flights of stairs. It was really difficult work, but they did a tremendous job. Nothing was damaged; all my stuff reached the new home in proper condition. The team was great: the leaders were qualified and helpful. The rates were very good, and they provided all the information in advance.
