I had a great experience with Dependable Movers. I had a last minute request for a large moving job. They were able to accommodate me and keep me in the loop every step of the way. The day of the move the crew leader and a team of 6 movers arrived at the designated time. They worked really hard. They were quick and efficient. They were careful with my items and were able to get everything stacked nicely into my storage units. I couldn’t be any happier.

The Dependable Move DM team did an incredible job. They communicated well throughout the process. On the day of the move they showed up promptly and powered through on a hot day. Everything was packed and handled professionally. They also handled some incredibly tricky pieces up and down stairs without an issue. Would happily recommend and use them again!

I used Dependable Movers today and I’m ecstatic with how everything went. The 4 young men sent to help us were polite, expert, diligent workers. They showed up on time, got everything loaded amazingly quickly, and worked hard the whole move. They were careful with our items, making sure nothing got damaged, and ensuring that important items were personally packed and moved. I was also really impressed by how decent and friendly they were—encouraging us to try to relax a bit and let them make the whole day a lot less stressful. The price was very reasonable for service that was even better than I expected—that is, we had a lot of junk, and they offered to remove it for a cutthroat price, which I wish we would have taken as it would have prevented problems with our property management. I would definitely use Dependable Movers again and recommend them to anyone who needs a good moving company.

The team was curteous and arrived on time. D & M were diligent and moved things carefully and diligently. The price was fair and what we agreed on apriori. There were no hidden fees which was great.

First of all—I've dealt with a lot of moves in my life and I can tell you this was a five-star experience from beginning to end. They were very quick to schedule the appointment; understood they had to unload a container that was being shipped from out of state and deliver it to a high-rise building with fairly strict protocols. The move went absolutely flawless and the lead coordinator who managed my job had an AMAZING attitude and made sure I was happy with the placement of my furniture in exquisite detail. Very kind and helpful folks. Would recommend to anyone!

I requested moving services for my collection of art pieces, and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work done by the company. The staff put in extra time and effort to wrap each item individually in bubble-wrap to ensure safety boys packed everything in excellent condition. I appreciate the fact that they were so careful about protecting every single piece. The movers paid great attention to every single item. In no case anything was scratched or damaged during transportation. The crew worked really well and communicated effectively during the process. It was pleasant to see how professionally they did their work and how organized they were throughout the whole moving process.

Moving from one 2 story home in Foster City to our new condo in Foster City that is only a few miles away can be a nightmare, but DM made it feel like a breeze. He sent 6 people who quickly and carefully packed everything, including our TV, mattress, and mirrors. The biggest challenge was our kitchen, which was full of so many dishes, glassware, pots, and pans. Every glass and plate was wrapped in a way to make it feel like it was the most fragile thing in the world. I am still blown away that nothing was broken. Both buildings had steep stairs and I was worried how they would manage it. However, these guys just rocked it. They managed to bring big mirrors and mattresses without hitting anything. Moreover, they worked really fast, loading the truck and delivering everything before lunch. Once they arrived at our new condo, all the things went to exactly where we wanted them to be. So, if you are moving locally and have a kitchen full of fragile items to move, I would highly recommend DM team.

So we used Dependable Movers for our move and I gotta say, really impressed. Both spots (where we moved from and where we moved to) had a flight of stairs which honestly had me a little nervous, thinking something was gonna get banged up. Nope. These guys were so careful the whole time, everything made it up and down those stairs without a single scratch or dent, not on the furniture, not on the walls, nothing. You could tell they knew what they were doing and weren’t just trying to rush and get out of there. If you need movers who actually treat your stuff right, these are your guys!

They squeezed me in and managed to accommodate an unforeseen problem that delayed us. They even got us to make it in time to return! They were amazing!

DM were wonderful!!! They took amazing care of my items and my new set up looks great. I have absolutely zero complaints and recommend everyone uses them. Couldn’t say enough great things!

The crew was fantastic. Our storage units were filled to the brim with random boxes and items and everything else you can manage with furniture and tons of boxes. They saw what they were dealing with and ordered us a second truck and another guy. In total there were 5 guys hustling and moving and getting things packed. It took over 3 hours just to pack both moving trucks. When they hit to our new house with both trucks they immediately started unpacking and unloading everything into the new units. They were going upstairs, downstairs, and into the basement. We asked them to move thousands of pounds of stuff. These guys were amazingly fast and tireless. They worked their butts off and earned their cash today. I can’t say enough about their hard work and how they got all that done for us today. Doing this by with friends is completely out of the question. Money well spent.

I am 69 years old and was very worried about moving my things into storage. These young men were so kind and worked very hard. They packed everything carefully and made it all fit perfectly. They were patient with me and made the whole day much easier. I will call them back again.

Everything made it to the new house in perfect shape. The team stayed friendly and hardworking the whole day, even though it was a lot of heavy lifting. Moving can be stressful, but they made it easy. If you’re looking for movers who actually take care of your stuff and get the job done right, I’d recommend these guys without hesitation. I had a very positive experience with my movers. I’m glad I made the right choice with choosing their service. They were prompt with their arrival and communication. They got straight to work with packing my belongings as well as taking care of my furniture, from the kitchen, living space, closets, and bathroom. I didn’t realize how efficient they can be! My things appeared to be well packed and secured. After that, they held my belongings for the night and next day, they drove all the way down to my destination, which was nearly 250 miles. Unloading and unpacking my belongings were equally prompt and efficient, switching from a studio to a 1-bedroom apartment. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dependable Movers! 11/10!
