Ken and his partner were absolute life savers for moving things from a POD into my 3rd floor apartment. They were able to fit me in for a next day reservation. I would absolutely recommend and use Dependable Movers again.

DM Movers sent 4 guys for our move from one apartment to another, just a few miles apart. The distance wasn't bad, but both buildings had those ridiculously long hallways that make moving way harder than it should be. The pickup in Mountain View was a hike—parking lot to elevator was a solid walk, then another long hallway to the unit. The guys didn't complain. They loaded up all our furniture and boxes, wrapped everything carefully, and made trip after trip down that hallway without slowing down. The couch was the trickiest. Bulky, heavy, and squeezing it through the hallway was tight. But they angled it perfectly and got it on the truck without any wall damage. Santa Clara was the same story—long walk from the truck to the elevator, then down another hallway. They unloaded everything, set it all up where we wanted, and finished faster than I expected.

I had a really good experience with Dependable Movers.The guys showed up on time and started working right away.They were friendly,respectful,and careful with all of our stuff.We had some heavy furniture and a lot of boxes,but they handled everything without any problems.They worked at a good pace and always asked where we wanted things to go.I also liked that they were easy to talk to and had a good attitude the whole time.They wrapped our furniture well and made sure everything was safe in the truck.The whole process was organized and went better than I expected.They were also very careful when bringing everything into our new place.Nothing was scratched or broken during the move.Moving can be stressful,but these guys made the day much easier for us. They worked hard from start to finish and never complained. Everything arrived safely and nothing was damaged. The price was fair for the amount of work they did.I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Dependable Movers to anyone who needs help moving.

The guys from Dependable Movers did an amazing job today! They worked extremely hard and stayed on the job until almost 1 AM to make sure everything was completed properly. You could really see how dedicated and professional they were the entire time. I truly appreciate all their hard work, effort, and positive attitude. Highly recommend this team! I would like to express my gratitude to the moving company for their excellent services during my local move in San Jose. I moved from a one-bedroom house to an apartment. The move started on time and with proper planning; the crew was careful and attentive to my stuff. They even placed floor coverings to keep it clean and safe during the move. The hardest part was when the crew reached the new apartment and had to carry my things up four flights of stairs. It was really difficult work, but they did a tremendous job. Nothing was damaged; all my stuff reached the new home in proper condition. The team was great: the leaders were qualified and helpful. The rates were very good, and they provided all the information in advance.

15 DM Movers sent five of their experts through our move from San Jose to Fremont. We had only so much heavy stuff to move; three big cabinets and a fridge to move. The fridge was the thing I was most worried about. It is one of those big metal fridges that are difficult to carry, and it would be very bad if it was scratched during moving. But these guys knew how to do it perfectly—strapped the fridge, wrapped it well, and rolled it out without any scratch. The cabinets were heavy too. We needed two guys to move each of them through stairs. But they wrapped them up and moved them carefully and packed them into the truck. The unloading in Fremont was smooth. They placed everything where we planned ahead, set up the fridge, and made sure everything was in the right position.

I used this moving company to clear out our storage unit and honestly it went way better than I expected. We had a ton of stuff crammed in there, so I was a bit nervous about how it would all get handled. But the team showed up and got straight to work, and I could tell right away they knew what they were doing. They packed everything carefully nothing felt rushed or thrown together, even the fragile stuff got wrapped up properly. What I really appreciated was how easy they were to communicate with the whole time, so I never felt out of the loop. Loading it all up and getting it over to the warehouse was smooth, no issues at all. And when everything got unloaded at the warehouse, it was just as organized as when they packed it up. Literally nothing broke or went missing, which honestly says a lot about how careful this crew was. Beyond just doing good work, they were genuinely a solid group of guys to have around on moving day. If you need help with storage or a warehouse move, I’d 100% recommend these guys.

Used Dependable Movers for a move from Sunnyvale to Watsonville and honestly, really glad I went with them. That’s not a short drive, so I was a little nervous about how everything would hold up, but the guys handled it no problem. We had two really heavy pieces that I was stressing about beforehand, and they just knew what they were doing. They showed up when they said they would and just got to work, no wasted time but also didn’t feel like they were rushing and being careless with our stuff. My heartfelt thanks to Dependable Movers for facilitating a smooth local move for me in Daly City. I had very little furniture and boxes to move and the movers came in right on time. They were very quick with how they handled everything and stayed safe while loading. They managed to move without being desperate. I must say everything was done faster than expected. There was nothing damaged or scratched during the entire process. I rushed things for the safety of everything. Communication has been simple and clear during the whole procedure. The prices were fair without any surprises. All the individuals were very polite and professional in their work.

Very good experience. A little pricey, but worth it

DM Movers sent five men for our relocation from a high-rise SF apartment on the 20th floor to a single-story home in San Rafael. I was worried about this move because moving from high floors is always complicated because of elevators and loading areas, plus we had enormous pieces. The marble table upset me the most. It is gorgeous but incredibly heavy, and one small mistake might ruin it. These guys had wrapped it with layers of soft material, delivered it to the lift carefully and secured it in the truck as if it was glass! The couch was difficult as well. It is bulky and hard to carry and maneuver through SF corridors. However, these guys carefully placed it in the right position, squeezed it through the hallway and loaded correctly without hitting anything.
