Exceptional service for a last minute job. I strongly recommend Ben and his team to not only move furniture, but to organize that furniture in a separate, public storage facility. Ben and his team quickly worked around an unforeseen PGE issue that blocked off streets. They navigated “sweet chaos” that only San Francisco can produce. I will definitely hire them again!

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Dependable Movers. The moment the moving crew stepped into my property, everything was as expected. They worked efficiently at the same time taking great precautions in handling my furniture as well as belongings. They used flooring protection measures which kept both houses completely clean and undamaged. Everything was handled and transported safely. I must also mention the degree of professionalism of the employees during the whole working day. During the process of the moving, I was kept informed the whole time. The crew manager coordinated everything perfectly and made our move easy and quick at the same time. My furniture was arranged according to my requirement. All costs were clear and I am pleased with the fact that there were no extra expenses.

I did not expect my move in San Jose to be as smooth as it was. The company organized everything very well from the moment their crew arrived at my place. The movers accomplished their task rather quickly, but this did not give me the impression of urgency. They really took great care of my belongings and did not damage anything. Everything went according to plan, and I basically knew what was going on. On top of that, I paid the amount that was promised to me, and I was not charged any extra fees. Communication with the moving company was excellent; they were responding to my inquiries during the whole process. The professionalism and politeness of the team are worth mentioning as well.

DM Movers utilized four movers for our move from Hayward to Tracy, and they worked hard to earn every penny. The initial pickup was a very long four-storey apartment, which led to the elevator. Not to forget, it’s was very hot. The couch was the trickiest piece of furniture to move as it weighs a lot and is very bulky, so getting it through the hallway proved to be a complicated task. Moving to Tracy was way easier since there was only one set of stairs to deal with. The movers made sure all the furniture was up. Despite the terrible heat, DM Movers did a terrific job.

V team did a wonderful job moving us! They were super fast and friendly, and took extra care to protect our belongings like our TV and monitors. Thank you so much for a great move!

We recently had to change our residence in San Francisco, and Dependable Movers was perfect for us. This was our second time working with them. We had moved a smaller amount of stuff between apartments several years ago. It was absolutely white glove service. First day for packaging our stuff, the second one for moving, and the third one for unpacking and arranging the new home. It was done very professionally, carefully, and efficiently. Our stuff was packed safely, transferred safely, and put at the place that we wanted. They worked diligently, communicated effectively, and treated our things like gold. The best thing about it is that nothing got damaged at all. Everything was delivered safe and sound, and we experienced absolutely no problems during the whole process. We would definitely recommend Dependable Movers to everyone seeking a professional moving company and the best white glove service. We hope not to have to move again for a long time, but if we do, we will definitely use Dependable Movers again.

The day of the move the crew leader and a team of 6 movers arrived at the designated time. They worked really hard. They were quick and efficient. The Dependable Move DM team did an incredible job. They communicated well throughout the process. On the day of the move they showed up promptly and powered through on a hot day. Everything was packed and handled professionally. They also handled some incredibly tricky pieces up and down stairs without an issue. Would happily recommend and use them again!
