DM Movers sent 2 guys for our move from San Pablo to Walnut Creek. Not a long drive, but we had a lot of stuff to haul, including some heavy furniture I wasn't looking forward to moving. They showed up on time and got to work right away. Wrapped everything up—couches, dressers, tables—and had the truck loaded faster than I expected. The crew was organized, knew what they were doing, and didn't waste any time. The heavy pieces were no problem for them. Our big dresser and sectional couch got maneuvered out of the house and into the truck without a single scratch on the walls or floors. At the new place in Walnut Creek, they unloaded just as quickly and placed everything where we wanted.

Ok so this move was rough stairs at the old place, stairs at the new place, and like a hundred boxes of books. I honestly felt bad for the movers just looking at the pile. But they didn't even flinch, just got to work and kept going up and down those stairs for hours without complaining once. Books are heavy. Like, really heavy. And they still managed to keep everything organized and careful the whole time nothing broken, nothing scratched, not even a scuffed wall going around those tight stairwell corners. By the end they were obviously exhausted but still stayed friendly and made sure everything was set up right before they left. I don't know how they do this job every day honestly. Huge respect. If you've got a hard move with stairs, these are the guys you want.

I recently used Dependable Movers for a small mini move and honestly had a really good experience with them. The movers did a great job and they were very helpful and accommodating with my move! I booked super last minute (2 days in advance) and the scheduler was very reassuring that they could get the job done in an efficient manner! DM Movers sent 4 guys for our move within Mountain View. Just a few miles apart, but we still had a full apartment to pack up and haul over. They showed up on time and got straight to work. Wrapped all the furniture, taped up the boxes, took apart the bed frame. Everything was organized and efficient. No standing around, no wasted trips. The heavy stuff was handled without any drama. Our couch is a beast and barely fits through doorways, but they angled it out and into the truck without a scratch. The dresser and bookcases got the same careful treatment. At the new place, unloading was just as quick. They put everything where we wanted, reassembled the bed, and even helped us move a few things around after we changed our minds.

They showed up on time, loaded everything up in SF, and hit the road. The drive went smooth, and they got to Lafayette without any issues. Unloading was where the heat really hit. It was brutal out there, but these guys didn't slow down. They hauled everything inside, set up the furniture, and placed boxes where we wanted them. Not a single complaint about the weather, even though they were drenched in sweat. Nothing got damaged, nothing was missing. For a long-ish move in miserable heat, DM Movers came through. Solid crew, would definitely hire them again

Vitaly and Sam did a phenomenal job moving me from my fifth floor apartment in SF to a second floor home. They managed the old elevator, stairs, and lots of other details really well. My stuff made it safely and it was such a positive experience!

Ali and his team were great! I had a small move and some furniture disassembly. The furniture was disassembled and reassembled carefully and without any issues. They were punctual, professional, and easy to work with. They were extremely efficient, and the whole move was completed in about 3 hours. They were very organized and remembered all of my instructions. Nothing was damaged during the move, and they placed everything where I wanted it. They also communicated very well, calling ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. The whole process was easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend their services!

The guys from Dependable Movers did an amazing job today! They worked extremely hard and stayed on the job until almost 1 AM to make sure everything was completed properly.
