My heartfelt thanks to Dependable Movers for facilitating a smooth local move for me in Daly City. I had very little furniture and boxes to move and the movers came in right on time. They were very quick with how they handled everything and stayed safe while loading. They managed to move without being desperate. I must say everything was done faster than expected. There was nothing damaged or scratched during the entire process. I rushed things for the safety of everything. Communication has been simple and clear during the whole procedure. DM Movers sent five men for our relocation from a high-rise SF apartment on the 20th floor to a single-story home in San Rafael. I was worried about this move because moving from high floors is always complicated because of elevators and loading areas, plus we had enormous pieces. The marble table upset me the most. It is gorgeous but incredibly heavy, and one small mistake might ruin it. These guys had wrapped it with layers of soft material, delivered it to the lift carefully and secured it in the truck as if it was glass! The couch was difficult as well. It is bulky and hard to carry and maneuver through SF corridors. However, these guys carefully placed it in the right position, squeezed it through the hallway and loaded correctly without hitting anything.

DM Movers provided four movers for our relocation from Palo Alto to Redwood City, and they definitely deserved that gratuity. We had three heavy dressers filled with clothes, plus a huge bed that had an enormous mattress, not to mention the dining room furniture that weighed a ton. I was worried about the dressers—they're made of solid wood and are not easy to carry. Yet, the crew wrapped each of them and took down the stairs without damaging anything in the process, after which they loaded them in the moving truck smoothly. The bed was a different story. The crew disassembled it quickly and brought the mattress down. They reassembled it at the new place in no time. The dining room furniture was quite heavy as well—there was a table, chairs, and a hutch. They treated all the items carefully, ensuring everything was well protected and placed just where we needed them to be.

Amazing movers. They are honest with their quotes based on how long they think the move will take. The movers are also incredibly careful with furniture and with the home. I would like to express my gratitude to the movers for making my moving experience so much easier than I expected. I only hired two movers for my local moving job in Campbell, and they did a great job taking care of everything. There were many difficult staircases to maneuver, and one very big, heavy sofa that seemed impossible to move. They were careful, took their time, and planned everything properly so that they could move everything out of one place into another without damaging anything. The movers impressed me with their professionalism and calmness at all times. They communicated well with me throughout the process, so I knew what happened at every stage. They charged reasonable rates without hidden fees. So, despite the fact that it was a difficult move to perform, the job was accomplished on time.Thank you for all of your hard work and professionalism!

Sergey and Sergey are to thank for making this move easy. Carlos also was incredibly reassuring over the phone, helping select the right package and inventory for our move. Pricing was also very transparent at each step, no surprises. We moved our belongings from PODS, and 2x Sergey easily packed our belongings into the truck and unloaded into our new apartment about an hour faster than estimated. They took care with the items but still moved things efficiently and quickly. I will absolutely book this company again for any future moves as I had a great experience. Communication was always great with both correspondence from the office and with Sergey, and everything was on time. Would recommend highly!! 2026 Update - Vova and the team moved us to a new location with speed and care. They were enjoyable to have around and did a fantastic job protecting and moving our items. This is the third time using Dependable Movers and while I hope to not have to move anytime soon, I would call them again.
