The entire experience we had with this moving company was amazing. They estimated that our move would take approximately 8 hours, and they truly worked hard to get the job done in the set time despite the fact that the process involved two trucks. The crew put a lot of hard work into their work, remained organized, and showed special care for our items. All floors and walls were effectively protected from any possible damage and all the furniture was properly packed, which is a very important factor in the moving process. We would like to thank the team leader for making this moving process well-coordinated and the team effective. All of the moving crew were friendly and treated us with respect. The communication was clear and straightforward, and the prices we had to pay were very reasonable compared to other similar companies.

In a word - Phenomenal. These guys moved us out in 2 days and then back into a new place a year later in 1 day. The 2 says was because they had to pack every single thing we had after an emergency situation forced us to have to move our entire house in 48 hours. I have the distinct pleasure of watching them work with a year between jobs and the 2nd time was as good as the first. Very professional, incredibly hard working, respectful and honest. I hope I dont have to move anytime soon, but if I do, definitely calling Dependable Movers. There was no question for us about who to use when it came time to move. I wouldn't think twice. The team was great to work with from the very start, was thorough in the pricing and ended up being spot on, they worked fast but carefully, besides a small picture frame glass getting broke (my fault really) everything else came out great. They were respectful and were on time and budget. Would use again! Very communicative would highly recommend him and the team

My experience with this moving company has been great. They helped us with moving my parents from one apartment to another in the same senior community, and the whole process went well. Although we thought the move would take approximately 6-8 hours, the group completed all the work in less than 3 hours while working in a very effective way. In addition, we found the way the company organized and executed everything to be impressive. The team leader was able to direct the move really well, and the team was very friendly to us during the entire process. Apart from being an excellent company overall, I must say it has a fair pricing policy as well.

Exceptional service for a last minute job. I strongly recommend Ben and his team to not only move furniture, but to organize that furniture in a separate, public storage facility. Ben and his team quickly worked around an unforeseen PGE issue that blocked off streets. They navigated “sweet chaos” that only San Francisco can produce. I will definitely hire them again!

They worked efficiently at the same time taking great precautions in handling my furniture as well as belongings. They used flooring protection measures which kept both houses completely clean and undamaged. Everything was handled and transported safely. I must also mention the degree of professionalism of the employees during the whole working day. During the process of the moving, I was kept informed the whole time. The crew manager coordinated everything perfectly and made our move easy and quick at the same time. My furniture was arranged according to my requirement. All costs were clear and I am pleased with the fact that there were no extra expenses.

I did not expect my move in San Jose to be as smooth as it was. The company organized everything very well from the moment their crew arrived at my place. The movers accomplished their task rather quickly, but this did not give me the impression of urgency. They really took great care of my belongings and did not damage anything. DM Movers utilized four movers for our move from Hayward to Tracy, and they worked hard to earn every penny. The initial pickup was a very long four-storey apartment, which led to the elevator. Not to forget, it’s was very hot. The couch was the trickiest piece of furniture to move as it weighs a lot and is very bulky, so getting it through the hallway proved to be a complicated task. Moving to Tracy was way easier since there was only one set of stairs to deal with. The movers made sure all the furniture was up. Despite the terrible heat, DM Movers did a terrific job.

We recently had to change our residence in San Francisco, and Dependable Movers was perfect for us. This was our second time working with them. We had moved a smaller amount of stuff between apartments several years ago. It was absolutely white glove service. First day for packaging our stuff, the second one for moving, and the third one for unpacking and arranging the new home. It was done very professionally, carefully, and efficiently. Our stuff was packed safely, transferred safely, and put at the place that we wanted. They worked diligently, communicated effectively, and treated our things like gold. The best thing about it is that nothing got damaged at all. Everything was delivered safe and sound, and we experienced absolutely no problems during the whole process. We would definitely recommend Dependable Movers to everyone seeking a professional moving company and the best white glove service.
